Hotel Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

At the time of booking your room, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee in case of No-show.

At the check-in at the Hotel, you must leave a guarantee in cash or with a credit card, in it a retention of the amount associated with your stay will be made, which will be released at the time of Check-Out.

Important: It is necessary to consider that there are banks that can take up to 72 hours to release a hold and up to 5 days if you pay for your stay with a different card than the one used for the guarantee.

Cancellations:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person:
Extra person charge is for $300.00 MXN plus tax per extra person in room.

Children;
Minors aged 12 and younger are considered children. 13 years old and older pay full rate.

Pets:
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of MXN 250.00 per pet per night.

Only cats and dogs.
1 per room (up to 10 kg).
Pets must be supervised at all times.

Only in some rooms (restrictions apply). To request rooms where pets are allowed, please contact the accommodation using the number on the booking confirmation.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
